- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They lie to the insurance company about your diagnosis, miscode everything, cannot get ahold of anyone at the office, because they are conveniently out for the rest of the week (manager wise), demand payment for services that never happened, and all departments are separate, so one does NOT know what the other is doing. This is a horrible way to treat someone, especially in healthcare. Been there 5 years, thinking it would improve- nope. It's only getting worse, and l would not recommend this doctor OR this office to anyone. Go OUT of Rockbridge County, Virginia for your healthcare needs.February 06, 2017by Gabriella Bartoleva
